I used a few tools in Photoshop to make this photo such as the clone stamp tool which clones a certain feature example here the eye has been cloned so now it has 3, also windows +alt brings up a target curser to select a corner of the face.
You open a document by simply going on file and new then clicking international paper and A4 then start from there.
Image is freaky because obviously it has three eyes but also the third eye is on the nose which is quite crazy.

This picture is quite freaky as two features has been cloned which is his mouth another has been added above making his face look crazy and also his eyebrows have too.I think its a good freaky Photoshop but the eye brows could been improved.

This picture is freaky as there is a wide open eye on his forehead which looks quite creepy.
Also you can tell that it isnt a human eye and is  small round eye looking like a animal.
